Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few important points for future guests. As clearly stated on our website, we are not a riding school and do not provide formal riding lessons. Our rides are designed as guided experiences for guests of varying levels. We do provide an introduction at the start, and our team is always available to offer additional assistance if requested, including arranging an English-speaking guide. However you did not raise any concerns until you checked out. Unfortunately this did not give us anytime to correct it.
 Given that your children had no prior riding experience, shorter rides were recommended initially for their safety and comfort. This is standard practice. Despite this, over the course of your three-night stay, your family rode some days up to 5 hours a day, which is a significant amount of riding time, particularly for first-time riders and young children.
 Regarding dining, your child was served the vegetarian option as requested. During the dinner you referenced, you asked for a different dish to be prepared, and we accommodated this by preparing an alternative dish specifically for your child as part of our 4-course service. As all meals are freshly prepared on-site, this did require a short wait, but it was addressed promptly and without issue. 
 We take pride in offering a authentic ranch experience and in accommodating our guests to the best of our ability within that framework.
